🚩 Job summary :
The IT Coach supports the skills development of learners in the field of information technology. At the intersection of pedagogy and technical expertise, he acts as a trainer, mentor, and facilitator, guiding beneficiaries in their technical progress, autonomy, and understanding of best practices in development, infrastructure, or digital tools.
Your role : As an IT Coach you will be assisting the students to understand the courses materials they are using and help them develop technical skills needed for their programs.
Where : Cotonou, Benin.
How many time : Full Time during 12 months.

🎯 Missions and activities related to the position:
- Coach students on their IT projects;
- Animate and supervise activities (projects, technical assistance, exam supervision,);
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans;
- Rigorous monitoring of progress and detailed reporting to the hierarchy;
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior;
- Collaborate with other coaches to foster a good student relation;
- Participation in school life (events and open days);
🖱️Level & experiences
Profile description
- Language: Native English (Mandatory);
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science (with a course entirely done in an English-speaking country);
Professional experiences
2 to 3 years of professional experience desired.
Technical Skills
- Strong technical skills in at least one area :
- Low-level programming language (C, Assembler...);
- Object-oriented programming (C++, Java);
- Functional programming (Haskell);
- Web development (React, JS...);
- Skills in system and network administration (Devops, Docker, ...), Cyber Security and/or Artificial Intelligence appreciated.
Operational Skills and knowledge
